BIOGRAPHY Pop recording artist, Mac Demy, is an all-American guy, but with an edge and flare that make him decidedly not the boy-next-door. A singer, songwriter, and composer, Mac Demy is constantly inspired in his music by his diverse and rich surroundings. Born in San Antonio, Texas, Mac Demy has lived in New Hampshire, Pennsylvania, and presently New York City.  He was first published in 2007, composing soothing instrumental piano music for a hypnosis album.  He went on to sign with television media company, Jingle Punks, placing numerous original instrumental compositions onto several major networks. Recently, the Walt Disney Company chose one of Mac’s songs for a video advertising its signature line of bridal gowns. After teaming up with Anand Gan and Doug Davis of Flytrap Productions, Mac proudly produced and distributed his debut album “This Is Me”, releasing it in 2010. What sets Mac Demy apart from some other artists is that, in addition to writing original music, he plays a major role in the production process for his songs. By fusing together his favorite features of pop, hip-hop, dance, and contemporary R&B music, Mac Demy generates his own wicked style, with infectious hooks and unforgettable beats.
